Hi, I’m Morgan
I’ve worked in HR across retail, the New Zealand Defence Force, and now within a Christian organisation — so I’ve seen the full spectrum of people situations.
And honestly? I got tired of reinventing the wheel.
Too often, there were no consistent tools, no go-to templates — just starting from scratch and hoping you got it right.
So… I built what I wish I had.
